4. Fees & Payment

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement. We do not share client data with third parties except as required by law or with client consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. LedgerLink reserves the right to immediately terminate services in case of non-payment, breach of terms, or if continued engagement creates ethical or legal conflicts.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Disputes shall first be attempted through mutual negotiation; failing which, through arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

10. Amendments

LedgerLink reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued engagement after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
